Notice is hereby given that the Henry County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to be held in the Old Circuit Courtroom, Henry County Court House, 101 S. Main Street, New Castle, IN 47362 at 5:00 pm on Thursday, August 20th, 2020 on the petition of Blue River Investments, LLC, P.O. Box 748, Shelbyville, IN 46176.

Case B: 2235

A request to rezone a parcel from Agricultural (A1) to General Business (GB). The property is owned by John and Judith Hunt of 9401 W Co Rd 1000 N, Carthage, IN 46115 and is located on Parcel #014-03408-00, also known as, 9002 W US Hwy 40, Knightstown, IN 46148, in Wayne Township. The legal description is as follows:

A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 16 North, Range 9 East, Henry County, Indiana, described as follows:

Beginning at a point 164 Rods and 18 Links South of the Northwest corner of the East half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 16 North, Range 9 East, on the North side of the National Road, now designated as U.S. 40; thence North 208 feet; thence in an Easterly direction parallel with the National Road, 208 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.00 acres, more or less.
