Shannon Lee Hanson

Shannon Lee Hanson age 47 a New Castle residence went home to be with the lord on Saturday 10 of May 2019. She was at her mother’s home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born August 25, 1971 in Hollywood Florida a daughter of Stanley William Hanson and Susan Williamson Hanson.

Left to cherish her memory include her Mother Susan Williamson Feno (husband Jeffery) of New Castle IN. 2 brothers Christopher Hanson (wife Shelly) of New Castle IN, Paul Hanson of New Castle IN, Staush Hanson (wife Rhonda) of Boone North Carolina, nieces and nephews Heather Key, Lewisville IN, Coy Hanson (fiancé Taylor Fox) of New Castle, Gage Caruthers of New Castle IN, Mason Luellen, Joee Hanson, Mally Hanson, Truman Hanson, Hayden Fox all of New Castle IN, Great nephews Creigh Hanson New Castle IN and Dalton Key of Lewisville IN and Great niece Lily Key of Lewisville IN. Several aunts, uncles and cousins. Special friend Trisha Edwards of Avon IN. Beloved pet dog Staushie, preceded in death by her father Stanley Hanson, grandparents Eva and Ed Williamson, Victoria Hanson, Pauline and James Sayer.

She was a member of the New Covenant Worship Center, moved to New Castle in 1983 and graduated in 1989, she was a property manager of Autumn Oaks, Stonegate and Fosters Landing, also several properties in Indianapolis IN.

Shannon loved family activities and especially spending precious time with her nieces and nephews. She also loved the outdoors, nature, fishing, swimming and riding motorcycles.

She was an excellent artist and loved to draw. She was always had her heart and home open for anyone in need.

Shannon will be remembered as a beautiful girl with a warm loving smile and loved people.

Visitation will be Friday May 17, 2019 Macer-Hall Funeral Home & Cremation Services from 4 - 8 PM, funeral services will be held Saturday May 18, 2019 at 10 am Macer - Hall Funeral Home & Cremation services. Minister that will conduct services is Rev Eric Haler, burial will take place in Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown IN. On line condolences can be made to www.macerhall.com.
