Tina West, Lyndie Metz to speak at Ladies Jewel Cafe breakfast

For His Glory Women’s Ministry presents Ladies Jewel Cafe from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Saturday, July 20 at First Baptist Church, 709 S. Memorial Drive, New Castle. It will be a carry-in-style breakfast buffet. Those attending are asked to bring a dish each to share with others.

Guest speakers Tina West, former Courier-Times publisher, and her daughter, Lyndie Metz, both formerly of New Castle, are co-authors of “Be Still: Memoirs of a Motherless Daughter.” The books will be available for purchase at $27 hardback and $13 paperback.

The event is free and open to all women in the community. A love offering will be collected to support the women’s ministry. For information contact Brenda Shaffer at 465-5562.
