Michael Sweet, 54, was arrested on a warrant for dealing a schedule 2 controlled substance and maintaining a common nuisance. 

Michael Winter, 45, was arrested and preliminarily charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. 

Arrest information, including the name, age, address and criminal charges, are obtained from police media reports. All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in court.
