A Kennard woman arrested Tuesday remains behind bars, accused of sexually molesting a child she allegedly forced to drink alcohol.
Tiffany Marie Naylor, 29, is charged with child molesting, a Level 1 Felony; criminal confinement, a Level 6 Felony; sexual battery, a Level 6 Felony; and furnishing alcohol to a minor, a Class B Misdemeanor, according to documents filed in Henry Circuit Court 2.
The alleged incident took place in December 2020, court documents state. The child told police Naylor forced them to drink alcohol, which later caused them to throw up.
The child alleged the molestation took place on a bed, during which time Naylor pinned them down so they could not escape, according to a report from the Henry County Sheriff’s Department. The child claimed Naylor was “smirking” and “laughing” while the alleged molestation occurred.
When questioned by police, Naylor denied the allegations.
Wednesday morning, Naylor remained incarcerated at Henry County Jail on a $86,000 surety, $4,850 cash bond. An initial hearing was scheduled to take place Thursday afternoon.
