LOCAL OFFICIALS TESTIFY AT STATEHOUSE

Henry County Commissioner Bobbi Plummer (left) and Henry County Council member Betsy Mills (right) attended the House Utilities, Energy, and Telecommunications hearing on Wednesday, Feb. 10 in opposition to HB 1381. They both testified on the necessity of County Commissioners to be able to enforce crucial home rule regulations instead of the Indiana Legislature.
