New Castle Main Street and Council Member Aaron Dicken will hold Tour, Pour, Restore on Thursday, May 6th from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm. After the open house, interested parties can gather at Primo, 1326 Broad Street, New Castle, Indiana to learn about available resources from OCRA, Indiana Landmarks, Preservation Commission, Economic Development Corporation, Redevelopment Commission and Citizens State Bank.

At each location attendees will be given a map to available buildings. F.C. Tucker and ERA will staff the available buildings with realtors to answer any questions.

“We are excited to partner with the city of New Castle and New Castle Mainstreet in this event,” said Denny Spinner, executive director of the Office of Community and Rural Affairs. “OCRA’s mission is to aid local government in shaping and achieving their vision and New Castle’s Tour, Pour, Restore is a great example of how this work is being done.”

By the end of 2021, New Castle Main Street’s goal is to help to facilitate the increase the number of downtown businesses by 10 percent.
